How do returns from non-EU countries work?

Please go to our returns portal: https://en.nakedoptics.net/pages/ruckgabeformular and register your return. For returns from non-EU countries, it is important to clearly mark the package as a return and to enclose the original invoice. This way, it can be avoided that additional duties and import sales taxes are charged.

Returns from Switzerland: Please ONLY return items via our returns portal and the label provided. We work with an import/export company that handles imports and exports for us and ensures that we do not have to pay any additional customs duties or import sales tax on returns. In addition, our label is usually much cheaper for you than manual return shipping. If customs costs are incurred due to a manual return without a label, we will have to pass these on to the customer and deduct them from the refund amount.
