Unfortunately, the item I ordered does not fit. How can I return an item?

If you want to return an item, please first register your return via our returns portal so that we know which products you are returning to us. When returning the goods, we ask you to properly pack the goods back in the box you received from us the goods are protected.

Returns from AT or DE automatically receive a return label (Post or DHL) upon registration. The return costs of €4.50 will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a label for returns from other EU countries or non-EU countries. We therefore ask you to send the package back to us yourself (you will find the return address in your e-mail after registering in the returns portal).
