Returns from Austria or Germany automatically receive a package label (Post or DHL) upon registration. The return costs of €4.50 will then be deducted from the refund of the purchase price. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a label for returns from other EU countries or non-EU countries. We therefore ask you to send the package back to us yourself (you will find the return address in your e-mail after registering in the returns portal).
