If you opted for store credit instead of a traditional refund when registering your return, you can redeem this credit when placing your next order after your return has been completed. It is important that you are logged into your account on the NAKED Optics website. If you are not already logged in, you can do so by clicking on the button at the top right of our homepage.
After logging in, select the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. Double-check your details and proceed to the checkout menu. There you will see the option to redeem your store credit under the payment methods. Click on the small box “Apply store credit” and the available amount will be automatically deducted. If there is a remaining balance, you can pay it using another payment method.
