How can I check my points balance?

  • The current points balance can be viewed on the program page after successful login (link). The points balance is shown next to the image in the header.

 

How can I update my account information?

  • You can change your name and delivery address in the Shopify account portal. For changes to your email address, please contact our support team (support@nakedoptics.net)

 

What should I do if I notice missing points in my account?

  • Please send us a message to our support team (support@nakedoptics.net) with all information such as order number and invoice. Our team will then look into your case and make any necessary adjustments to the points

 

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

  • No, points cannot be transferred to other accounts or other countries/shops.

 

Are there special events or promotions for members of the loyalty program?

  • Customers who have “Family” membership status (from €200 purchase volume per year) receive early access (via email) to exclusive products as well as more points for birthdays and recommendations.

 

What happens to my points if I cancel my account?

  • To leave the loyalty program, please contact us at our support address (support@nakedoptics.net). We can then also have your account deleted in accordance with GDPR.

 

Can I participate in the program if I live outside the country?

  • The program is available internationally - but only for users and customers of the “nakedoptics.net” web shop. Partner shops or retailers are excluded.
