How can I earn loyalty points?
- You can earn points for every purchase and for various activities such as product reviews, signing up for the newsletter, following social media accounts, etc. You can find all the ways to earn points in the "Earn points" section on the loyalty page.
How many points do I get per purchase?
- For every euro spent, you get 5 points in the lowest membership level (Member). If you spend more than €100 or €200 per year with us, you move up the membership level (Tiers) and you get 6 points (Friend) or 7 points (Family) for every €1 of purchase value.
Are there any products or purchases for which points cannot be earned?
- Points cannot be earned on gift cards.
Can I earn points for purchases made before joining the program?
- The “NAKED Optics Family Points” customer loyalty program officially starts on September 1st, 2024. All purchases and activities from this point onwards count towards the program (points and membership levels). As a small thank you to existing customers, all customers (who have already purchased from our online shop) receive a starting bonus of 1000 points.
Do I get points for shipping and tax costs?
- The points are calculated based on the price of the products, shipping costs are not included. So product prices include VAT without shipping.
What happens if I return a purchase?
- The points are pre-registered (reserved) for 30 days when purchased. Only when the 30-day return period has expired are the points confirmed in the system and then available for redemption. If you return part of the order, the points will be adjusted pro rata.
